When you register with Flicks and Beats the service as a standard user, artist, manager we collect and store your personal information including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address date of birth and credit card information. You can edit and change your personal information at any time under your (Edit Profile) tab in your profile. You can cancel your membership at any time and ask us to purge all personal data from file. To ensure accuracy and safety at checkout Flicks and Beats collects your shipping/billing information including name, address, e-mail confirmation address and credit card information.

2. Sharing of Information

We will only use your personal information for reasonable and ethical business practices. Under no circumstances will Flicks and Beats ever sell your personal information to anyone. Your personal information and data will be used to keep you up-to-date with Flicks and Beats news, new products, events and services. We may also contact you for market research and quality control purposes. Information that you provide may in some circumstances be shared with responsible third parties and affiliates. Flicks and Beats takes no responsibility for unreasonable and unethical use of that information by third party(s) and affiliates. We believe that PayPal is the safest and most reliable way of payment processing today. For your convenience Flicks and Beats offers the ability to store and save your credit card information. We reserve the right to disclose user private information when required by law, or if we believe that user is interfering upon the property rights or property of Flicks and Beats or any of its members and or users.

We follow very strict state of the art security procedures in the storage, processing and disclosure of user personal data. We strive to ensure all user data to remain private. We do not collect sensitive information including social security identification and drivers license information except when you knowingly provide it. In order to maintain accuracy of our database, you can view, update or remove your personal data at any time by visiting your (Edit Profile) tab or by contacting customer.service@flicksandbeats.com. In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may need to verify your personal data and details for authorization and approval. We hold a ZERO tolerance policy for all criminal mischief including identity theft, data mining and all other illegal and unethical practices that pertain to users security and privacy. All fraudulent activity will be assigned to local law enforcement authorities for prosecution.
